Health
PBS focuses on the health of employees by ensuring that equipment is of suitable quality and always available. If an employee needs something special, it is a priority and will be provided. PBS uses in general products and materials that are not harmful.

Safty
PBS has good procedures to perform the safe job analysis, there is no exception. PBS invests in equipment that is needed so that all tasks can be carried out safely. There is a lot of available equipment that is a necessity when zero tolerance is to be sustained. PBS has equipment that is meant for this work, all tools have been adapted to work in height.

Environment
PBS thinks of the environment at every stage, we keep most documents stored electronically and ensure that employees receive the necessary documentation in this format. PBS has great focus on the good work environment. We focus on all products that are used in production, is not environmentally harmful, and that PBS is always looking for better solutions. PBS also focuses on the products not released into the environment..
